Daniel Snukal

Daniel’s earliest memories include tagging along with his father to restaurants owned by family friends, where he preferred watching the cooks in the kitchen to sitting quietly at the table. It seemed only natural to become a Chef growing up. After many successful years in fine dining, Daniel felt it was important to deepen his knowledge of wine and spirits. He has reached the considerable level of Wine & Spirits Educational Trust certified wine educator as a holder of the globally respected WSET Diploma and is now a student of the Master of Wine program.

Guillaume Holtzmann

Guillaume grow up in France in a family where food and wine were at the epicenter of virtually everything. It was only natural for him to pursue studies in viticulture and oenology, first in Alsace and then in Burgundy. After adding an international business degree under his belt, he moved to the United States where he focused his career on wine sales at the wholesale and import level.
