THE DOMAINE & THE STORY

The domaine was created in 2021 by Pierre Van Oost (only 20 years old at the time) by buying his first single vineyard parcel of Saint-Amour “Le Clos de la Brosse” (2.2 acres). Since then, the estate has grown to 13.5 acres on the AOCs of Saint-Amour, Saint-Véran, Beaujolais Blanc et and Beaujolais Rouge. The entire Domaine is going through organic agriculture conversion while Biodynamic techniques are applied without certification. Pierre single-handedly undertakes all tasks requiered in the vineyard and in the cellar!…an incredible dedication to making terroir driven wines.

TASTING NOTES
Dry wine expressing aromas of ripe white fruit and spring flowers complimented by a hint of oakiness

Since I started, my main direction is to produce wines respectful of the planet with as little intervention as possible in the vineyard. I use biodynamic techniques and all cuvées are from single parcels.
