Pierre Van Oost Beaujolais blanc
Appellation d’origine contrôlée
THE DOMAINE & THE STORY
The domaine was created in 2021 by Pierre Van Oost (only 20 years old at the time) by buying his first single vineyard parcel of Saint-Amour “Le Clos de la Brosse” (2.2 acres). Since then, the estate has grown to 13.5 acres on the AOCs of Saint-Amour, Saint-Véran, Beaujolais Blanc et and Beaujolais Rouge. The entire Domaine is going through organic agriculture conversion while Biodynamic techniques are applied without certification. Pierre single-handedly undertakes all tasks requiered in the vineyard and in the cellar!…an incredible dedication to making terroir driven wines.

“Since I started, my main direction is to produce wines respectful of the planet with as little intervention as possible in the vineyard. I use biodynamic techniques and all cuvées are from single parcels.”
